At 2:53 PM, SWFD, South Windsor Police Department and Ambulance Service of Manchester was dispatched to Ellington Road (Rt 74) in the area of Petersen Way for a motor vehicle accident with one vehicle rolled over.
Only minor injuries were sustained to both drivers involved. The driver of the rolled over vehicle was able to self-extricate prior to the arrival of emergency services.
