SWFD, South Windsor Police Department and Ambulance Service of Manchester are on scene of a single-car motor vehicle accident on Troy Road. Extrication was required, and the engine was located in the woods approximately 140 feet from the initial point of impact with a tree. Two patients were transported to the hospital with multiple injuries.
The road is closed while crews clean up fluids from the vehicle and the Police Department investigates the crash.
