• Later in the day, at approximately 5:50 PM, the SWFD was dispatched to a possible structure fire on Watson Farm Drive. The first South Windsor Police Officer on scene made entry into the building and using a dry chemical extinguisher, extinguished an active stovetop fire. The fire department arrived on scene shortly after, isolated the stove, checked for extension, performed a brief overhaul, and ventilated the residence.
