Annually, to be compliant with NFPA – (National Fire Protection Association) standards, all of the Department’s portable ladders and hose are “tested”. This is a non-destructive test for verification of meeting the standard.
This is managed by Lt. Michael Giroux as he oversees all apparatus and equipment for the Department. Because of his efforts, all of our fire apparatus and equipment are kept in great working order.
